Our tipping paper is carefully packed to ensure safety and integrity during transport:
- Each roll is wrapped with moisture-proof film
- 5-layer corrugated cartons are used for outer packing
- Cartons are placed on fumigated wooden pallets
- Each pallet is shrink-wrapped for extra protection
- Cartons are labeled with product type, specifications, and batch number
- Standard container load: 20ft & 40ft available; customized packing supported

4. What's the CU (permeability) range of your laser perforated tipping paper?
Our laser perforated tipping paper can achieve air permeability from 60 CU to 3000 CU, with excellent consistency and machine performance.
We operate more than 10 laser perforation machines, including 6 top-tier imported units from Germany.
5. What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
- General Tipping Paper: 500 rolls (negotiable for regular customers)
- Customized Printing: 1000 rolls per design
- Cigarette Box Packaging: 50,000 pieces per design
We support trial orders for new partners.
6. What's your lead time for production?
- Standard designs: 7-10 days
- Custom printing/perforation: 15-25 days depending on order size

7. Can I get samples before placing an order?
Yes.
- Free samples of general tipping paper can be provided
- For customized designs, sampling time is 5-7 days
- Freight cost is borne by the buyer, or you can provide your courier account (e.g. DHL, FedEx)

- T/T (Telegraphic Transfer): 30% deposit, 70% before shipment
